Vida has 20+ years of distinguished legal experience as a commercial lawyer gained at pre-eminent national law firm Allens and in-house, including as General Counsel and Company Secretary for one of Australia’s largest peak professional bodies.

Vida has worked extensively with clients across many sectors and industries, both locally and internationally, and draws on her experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, general commercial law, corporate governance and insolvency and restructuring. She is known for being approachable and easy to work with and is highly regarded for her ability to balance commercial acumen with prudence and perspective to navigate complexity and manage risk.

Vida obtained degrees in Law and Science, including a Master of Laws from The University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
